Who we are

Benchworks is an online store operated by BENCHWORKS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, registered in the Registry of Legal Entities under number 590094. BENCHWORKS LLC is the seller and the party you enter into a contract with when you place an order. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean BENCHWORKS LLC.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles where applicable.
