Return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of your order's confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility
Requesting a return does not automatically guarantee a refund — we review each request. Returned items should generally be in the condition you received them. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, that's always eligible for a return regardless of condition.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or card issuer to reflect this on your statement. Return shipping arrangements and any other specifics will be provided once your return request is approved.
