Shipping Policy
Benchworks is currently in pre-launch — ordering isn't open yet. Once it is, shipping options, costs and processing times will be presented exactly as described below, shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Puerto Rico, Washington DC, and the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states). We do not yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories outside Puerto Rico, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or international destinations.
Processing times
We process and ship orders as promptly as we can once payment is confirmed. We don't currently commit to a specific processing window — if that changes, this section will be updated.
Shipping methods & rates
Standard shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders of $59 or more. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout once your address is entered.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information as soon as it's available. If you don't receive tracking information and would like an update, contact support@shopbenchworks.com.
