Who is responsible
BENCHWORKS LLC, the Puerto Rico limited liability company that operates Benchworks (Registry of Legal Entities number 590094), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, and, if you save one, a shipping address); order information (items purchased, shipping address for that order, order total); and anything you submit to us directly, such as a contact-form message. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach or get stored on our servers — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
How we use it
To process and fulfill your orders, provide customer support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product updates by email.
Third parties
We share data with service providers only as needed to run the store and fulfill your order: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (account, order, and site hosting/database), Resend (order and support emails), the carriers we use to ship your order, and the suppliers who fulfill orders on our behalf (limited to what's needed to ship your item — we don't disclose supplier identities to customers). We don't sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
