Good to know

This hub has no video output. There is no HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA connection, so it cannot drive an external display.
It does not pass power through to your laptop. The attached USB-C cable is the hub's only USB-C connection, so your laptop's port is occupied while the hub is in use and cannot charge through it.
The manufacturer does not publish the Ethernet link speed, so we do not quote one. The port is a standard RJ45 connection.

Overview

The USB-C Ethernet & Card Reader Hub covers the three connections modern laptops most often drop: a wired network port, full-size USB, and card media. It plugs into one USB-C port on a short attached cable, so there is nothing else to carry.

Useful on a bench where a wired network is faster and more predictable than wireless, and where card readers and USB-A peripherals are still part of the job.
